Tu expediente académico incluye la siguiente información:

• Notas del semestre
• Promedio ponderado acumulado

Recently graduated seniors (class of 2026): If you are attending college this fall, your final transcript was sent to that college the week of June 9. If you’ve had a change in college or need it sent somewhere else, please email michele.johnson@minnetonkaschools.org.

Class of 2027: If you’re starting to apply to colleges, your MHS transcripts will be sent after the start of the school year. More information to come! Please visit the Post-Secondary Planning page for helpful resources as you start this process.

Expedientes académicos certificados para fines de identificación (renovación de permisos o licencias, pasaporte, etc.): Puede enviar una solicitud por correo electrónico a Michele Johnson (michele.johnson@minnetonkaschools.org) o pedir a su hijo/a que se pase por el Centro de Orientación Académica y Profesional (durante el curso escolar) para obtener un expediente académico certificado.

*Nota: si realiza esta solicitud en verano, tenga en cuenta que el trámite puede tardar hasta dos semanas. Se le enviará por correo o podrá recogerlo en la oficina principal en horario de atención al público.

Alumni (anyone who graduated prior to 2026): You will need to complete the form on the right (Alumni Transcript Request). There is a $5 fee per transcript sent. Please allow for processing time (one week during the school year; two weeks in the summer).

Títulos: El distrito no vuelve a expedir títulos. Si necesitas una prueba de que te has graduado, puedes solicitar un expediente académico (en el que figura la fecha de graduación).
