VANTAGE is Minnetonka High School’s advanced professional studies program. Through experiential learning, students are exposed to a vibrant example of innovation in modern education. VANTAGE offers a unique way for high school students to apply their course content in real-world settings. Students solve authentic problems through project-based assignments. They are paired with a one-on-one mentor for the year, attend site visits and host guest instructors regularly, all while fulfilling rigorous academic credit requirements.

VANTAGE offers ten focus areas or "strands."

International Relations is an introductory course on international politics and the relations between actors in the global political system. The overarching goal of this course is for students to critically engage with diverse and opposing perspectives to better understand the changing world and their role as citizens.
